In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (1), section 21 of the Mizoram Ease of Doing Business Act, 2022 (7 of 2022), the Governor of Mizoram is pleased to make the following rules for delivery of transparent, efficient and timely services to the eligible persons in the State of Mizoram under various state enactments for setting up of Industrial or service sector undertakings and matters connected threreto -namely "The Mizoram Ease of Doing Business Rules, 2023"
